About Landcraft
Landcraft is a full-service landscape company that caters to Home Owners Associations (HOA), maintaining and enhancing their communities. We have a Landscape Maintenance Division, Landscape Enhancement Division, Tree Service Division, Irrigation Division, Pest Management Division, and provide 24 Hour Emergency Services. Landcraft carries Business, Contractors, Arborist, and Pest Control licenses, all appropriate insurances, and bonds required to perform these services. We take great pride in the fact that we own our trucks and equipment which allows us to schedule projects efficiently since we do not rely on the availability of rental equipment.
Landcraft was established in 2003 by Sam and Dominick Zaino, and with their hard work, dedication, and direction, this company has flourished. They are the examples we look to in regards to education in our field and devotion to our craft. Our mission statement and number one goal has always been, and will continue to be, the delivery of only the best customer service possible.

Maintenance Division
Landcraft’s Maintenance Division has each HOA on a rotation schedule that suits the size of the community, allowing our crews to perform maintenance in an organized fashion. When crews arrive at a property, they mow and edge lawns, trim plant material, remove dead and declining plants, remove small tree branches that block street or road signs, then collect and remove clippings, trash, and debris, leaving an area clean and manicured when they depart. Our crews also provide seasonal services such as turf aeration, spot seeding, and fertilization to improve the health, appearance, and longevity of each community’s plant material.
Tree Division
Landcraft’s Tree Division is led by our certified Arborists. We have a tree maintenance program which contracts our Tree Crew monthly to systematically thin trees, remove dead, diseased, broken branches, and reduce the density of healthy branches, which increases light penetration and air movement. The result of this service is healthier trees within the entire community and a reduced chance of wind damage and branch failure. Our Tree Division responds to communities with tree damage following windstorms to remove fallen trees, trim, and thin those that were damaged. This crew also performs seasonal palm tree trimming, hardwood pruning and rejuvenation, and tree removal by the root ball or with stump grinding.

Our Landscape Enhancement Division completes large and small enhancement projects to update and beautify communities. Our staff is able to provide Computer-Aided Designs (CAD) to Property Managers and Community Boards to show our vision of completed projects. These projects include but are not limited to, community xeriscape conversions with irrigation retrofit, updating or modernizing current landscape, plant material removal and replacements, refreshment of desert landscape and rockscapes, and irrigation renovations.
Irrigation Division
SNWA Water Smart Contractor
Our Irrigation Technicians perform seasonal updates to programmed clock watering schedules in property common areas, maintain, troubleshoot, repair irrigation, adjust turf sprinklers to maximize efficiency, work to reduce water consumption, and respond to emergency calls within our communities. Additionally, they install chase pipes to protect irrigation lines and clock wires from damage, replace failing irrigation clocks, repair irrigation lines of all sizes, repair and replace pressure vacuum breakers (PVB).
Pest Division
Pest Control Lic: 7095
Landcraft has multiple Pest Control license holders. Pest control licenses are required by the State of Nevada to apply chemicals at HOAs and commercial properties. Some of the pests we routinely treat our HOAs for are, weeds, fungus, and outdoor bug infestations. It is important that each pest and chemical are thoroughly researched so we apply the best chemical, at the precise concentration required, to eliminate a pest without impacting the community or environment. These chemical treatments are important in maintaining a healthy and beautiful landscape within each community.

Landcraft has been an exceptional company to work with. I am an HOA Board member where our landscaping was in dire need of professional maintenance to ensure the health and caretaking of our plants, trees, and grass which was not being appropriately addressed by our prior vendor. For example, a section of trees were trimmed on an angle of years by the prior landscapers, and Landcraft came in and evened out the edging to give the community a clean cut look. Landcraft's maintenance contract addressed each of our needs. As part of their general maintenance, they provide a water chart to show the progress in reducing water usage of the community and to ensure no leaks are occurring. They also have a schedule of services to ensure the HOA stays on track and takes appropriate landscape action at the correct time of the year.
Landcraft maintenance is always on time (if not early). They keep the property well maintained and remove all debris from the property at the end of their work days.
We also needed to do a turf conversion to comply with the new NV law. Landcraft meticulously identified the plants that were going to be planted in each property and provided computer generated mock ups to show what the landscaping would flourish into at the completion of the project once the plants are full grown.
Landcraft is also very quick to respond to emergency issues. One of the PVB's in our community was vandalized and within 30 minutes of reporting the issue, a tech was on property fixing it.
Landcraft was not the most expensive vendor, nor were they the cheapest, who bid our property. Landcraft was the most professional and economically priced. With the extensive conversion project combined with the maintenance contract, Landcraft also has completed minor tasks free of charge. They do not nickel and dime the HOA as other companies have in the past.

Our HOA has been working with Landcraft for more than 10 years. Dominick and the entire team are very professional and easy to work with. They are very responsive to our needs, pricing seems fair, quality is good, and they always stand behind their work. Landcraft has worked very closely with us to be more efficient with our water use and improve our water conservation. Grass has been replaced by desert landscaping, irrigation leaks are quickly responded to, and we are methodically upgrading our entire irrigation system. Landcraft also produces monthly water usage reports so any spikes in usage can be promptly identified and addressed.
